Penhaligon’s is a perfume house based in London. The company was founded in 1872 by William Penhaligon, who became the Court Barber and Perfumer for Queen Victoria.
Penhaligon’s began life as a barber within London and the Provincial Turkish Baths. He started selling his own products to the clients. His first shop was opened in Jermyn Street. He continued progressing and opened more shops afterwards. Today, Penhaligon's is owned by the Spanish fashion and fragrance company Puig International SA. The brand now offers a collection of perfumes, bath and body products, home fragrances, and gift sets.
Penhaligon’s perfume collection includes over ninety fragrances. The earliest ones were launched in 1872, whereas the newest editions were launched in 2022.
Halfeti is one of the top-selling fragrances. The unisex scent has an ambery, woody accord. It was launched in 2015. This perfume has notes of cypress leaf, saffron, cardamom, artemisia, bergamot, and grapefruit. Bulgarian Rose, Nutmeg and Jasmine make up the middle notes. Agarwood (Oud), Leather, Cedar, Sandalwood, Amber, and Tonka Bean are found in the base notes. This perfume is completed with vanilla and musk scents.
Duoro is another one of the most enchanting fragrances from Penhaligon’s perfume range. The scent for men was launched in 2004 and has an aromatic accord.
