Cartier increases their Declaration fragrance range with a new aromatic-spicy version suitable for the summer months. The new Cartier Declaration L'Eau fragrance succeeds the original Declaration fragrance from 1998, with a similar concept structured on a blend of juicy citruses, fragrant herbs, acidic spices, and creamy woody notes, but with a somewhat different, sassier face this time.
Freshness is offered by brilliant, sunny grapefruit coupled with acidic pink pepper, as well as masculine enhancement provided by deep cedar tones. The fragrance is described by Cartier as "a fresh, spicy, woody combination, propelled by beautiful cedar and lightened by citruses.
