Creed's Aventus is a Chypre Fruity scent for men. In 2010, Aventus was established. Jean-Christophe Herault and Erwin Creed invented Aventus. Pineapple, Bergamot, Black Currant, and Apple are the top notes; Birch, Patchouli, Moroccan Jasmine, and Rose are the middle notes; Musk, oak moss, Ambergris, and Vanille are the base notes.

About the brand:

CREED was founded in London in 1760 by James Henry CREED. The firm’s first royal commission came in 1781 from King George III, for whom CREED made the scent Royal English Leather, Creed relocated to Paris in 1854 at the request of client Empress Eugenie of France, for whom CREED made Jasmin Imperatrice Eugenie, a fragrance still offered today. CREED also served her husband, Napoleon III. How to use:

1. Fragrance is intensified by the warmth of your own body. Apply in the creases of your knees and elbows for a longer-lasting, stronger scent.
2. After applying, avoid rubbing or dabbing skin. This breaks down the fragrance, causing it to wear off more quickly.
3. If you prefer placing fragrance on your wrists, be sure to reapply after frequent hand-washing, as this tends to rinse off the scent.
4. Replace fragrance after 12 months. Expired perfumes more than a year old lose the integrity of the original scent.
